Comprehensive and personalised support
We provide support designed to address the full spectrum of needs, whether they are physical, cognitive, or behavioural:
- Daily Living Skills: If you need a bit of help with essential activities such as dressing, grooming, and personal care, you will receive it. We make it easy for you to maintain your dignity and independence.
- Communication and Mobility: We help you with the use of communication devices and mobility aids, so you can navigate and interact with the world more effectively.
- Health and Medication Management: Following your specific Health Care Plans, we manage medications and mealtime routines precisely, ensuring your health and safety are never compromised.
- Behavioural Support: We collaborate with your Behaviour Support Practitioner to refine your Behaviour Support Plan, ensuring it’s effective and responsive to your needs.
