We know that people with disability simply want the same opportunities as everyone else, and that their ultimate aim is to live a fulfilling life in an inclusive society
Our Supported Employment Program gives those with disability the opportunity to learn skills, build financial independence, security, and experience the thrill that comes with achievement and teamwork.
The support our employees receive
We match individual goals and interests with suitable job roles and career pathway opportunities, fostering independence and self-confidence.
Our highly experienced Disability Support Workers provide on the job training, and help develop new skills in a safe and inclusive environment.
Our unique supported employee model
We work in teams and crews made up of Supported Employees and Disability Support Workers. They could be made up of a 1-3, or 1-5 ratio, depending on the scope of the project.
Our supported employees are paid under the Supported Employment Services Award (MA000103) that is outlined by Fair Work and determined by the Supported Wage System team.
